Memory Drawings

Memory Drawings is an Anglo/American collective whose sound is deeply marked by the hammered dulcimer of Minneapolis-raised, Casablanca-based Joel Hanson. The band also features Richard Adams (Hood, The Declining Winter), Sarah Kemp (Brave Timbers), Chris Cole (Movietone, Manyfingers) and Gareth S Brown (Hood), all together providing the symbiotic arrangements required to wrap up the sound of the dulcimer. Below the surface of their compositions, apparently light instrumentals, gravity force increases the weight of deeply felt emotions. Third in their career, Zozaya releases their new album The Nearest Exit.

Memory Drawings es un colectivo angloamericano cuyo sonido está profundamente determinado por el dulcémele o salterio de Joel Hanson, músico nacido en Minneapolis y ahora afincado en Casablanca. La banda también incluye a Richard Adams (Hood, The Declining Winter), Sarah Kemp (Brave Timbers), Chris Cole (Movietone, Manyfingers) y Gareth S Brown (Hood). Todos juntos aportan los arreglos necesarios para arropar en simbiosis el sonido del dulcémele.
