Anthony Chorale is the band of Dutch singer and songwriter Olivier Heim. He is currently based in Warsaw, Poland, where his talent is widely acknowledged as a member of Très.b. Under his new moniker he has self-released the album The Eternal Now (2012), but the project soon grew to a four-piece band for the charming folk songs which are part of the Ambitions of the Son EP. In addition to Olivier Heim, the current line-up of Anthony Chorale is composed of Thomas Pettit (Très.b) on drums, Adam Byczkowski (Better Person, Kyst) on bass guitar and Karolina Rec on synthesizers, each one adding his or her own element to the music and the live shows. Together they have shifted from acoustic instruments and a personal falsetto voice to electric guitar and bass, synthesizers and lower vocal melodies, exploring the borders between surf music and 60’s soul in what will soon be their second album.

Anthony Chorale es la banda del cantante y guitarrista de origen holandés Olivier Heim. En la actualidad está afincado en Varsovia (Polonia), donde su talento es ampliamente reconocido como miembro de Très.b. Bajo su nuevo alias ha autoeditado el album The Eternal Now (2012), pero el proyecto pronto se convirtió en cuarteto para interpretar las deliciosas canciones del EP Ambitions of the Son. Además de Olivier Heim, en la actualidad Anthony Chorale está formado por Thomas Pettit (Très.b) a la batería, Adam Byczkowski (Better Person, Kyst) al bajo y Karolina Rec a los teclados, cada uno aportando un matiz propio a las composiciones y los directos. Juntos han evolucionado desde un sonido marcado por los instrumentos acusticos y un falsetto muy personal a guitarras y bajos eléctricos, teclados y unas melodías vocales más graves, llegando a explorar los límites entre la música surf y el soul de los 60 en el que pronto será su segundo álbum.
